Integral to the success of any construction project are the relationships between architect, designer, contractor and homeowner. At Columbia Contracting, we make it a point to build and maintain these relationships. We view each project as a collaboration and ensure that seamless communication is a priority.
Every construction project requires a team. This team includes specialists in many fields. We have cultivated relationships with experts in all relevant fields to enable us to efficiently price, manage and complete our projects. We consider our subcontractors members of an extended family and have long-term trusted relationships with the areas’ leading specialists.
We are proud of our long-standing, ongoing relationships with local architects and designers, as well as homeowners. We are available to our clients at all times; our personal business model makes this possible. We are a small administrative team and answer our own phones, do our own estimates, place our own orders and attend job site meetings. We are involved, active participants in the collaboration of each and every project. In this way, we are able to effectively manage budget, timeline and quality.
